Imported Chilean Carniolan Queens

Looking to make early splits for pollination or honey production? 

Carniolan Queens are gentle, and very resistant to insect pests. They adapt their population depending on the amount of nectar available, so when there are fewer flowers to visit, there are fewer bees in the hive. This means they keep a small colony over the winter, and therefore need less stored honey.

They are about the same size as the Italian honeybee, but greyer in colour. They do well in areas with long winters.

We are licensed and inspected Queen & Nuc producers (a copy of our Queen and Nuc permit is available upon request) 

Shipping Info:

Queens are shipped at buyer's risk. Once shipped, they are no longer under our control.

Queen bees can be picked up, or mailed from Monday to Wednesday to ensure they arrive before the weekend. Cut off time for shipping is Wednesday 9am.

We recommend pickup of queens.

Queens are sent via Next Day shipping, and usually arrive the next day for orders within Ontario, or 2 days for other provinces. Please ensure you will be at the mailing address to receive the package. 

If delivery is late we will offer a shipping discount on next queen order.
