Buckfast Mated Queens from CHILE

Buckfast Bees are known for:

• Crop performance
• Low swarm tendency
• Excellent overwintering and good spring development capacity
• Great ability to overcome moments of climate imbalance (cold returns or periods of drought) maintaining an excellent balance between bees, stocks and brood
• Longevity and vitality of bees
• Docility with a good defensive instinct and grooming skills.
• High level of hygiene: > 90% in 12H of recognition, removal and cleaning of damaged brood on breeders

Shipping Info:

Queens are shipped at buyer's risk. Once shipped, they are no longer under our control.

Queen bees can be picked up, or mailed from Monday to Wednesday to ensure they arrive before the weekend. Cut off time for shipping is Wednesday 9am.

We recommend pickup of queens.

These queens are not marked. 

Queens are sent via Next Day shipping, and usually arrive the next day for orders within Ontario, or 2 days for other provinces. Please ensure you will be at the mailing address to receive the package. 

If delivery is late we will offer a shipping discount on next queen order.
