Check mite levels in a snap with the Varroa Mite Counter Jar. Fill the jar with rubbing alcohol and 1/2 cup bees for 90 seconds of shaking. The alcohol causes mites to fall off and collect in the opposing jar, making it easy to count and monitor infestation levels. This tool can also be done with the sugar roll technique.
