Full size colony, ready for splitting or honey production, includes:
- 1 deep brood chambers with 9 frames
- Bottom board, flexible inner cover, and pallet lid
- 1 Queen bee , and full colony of bees plus brood and feed honey
Equipment is used, but in good condition
All from our organic Ontario stock specially selected for gentleness and disease resistance (hygienic behaviour). Our breeding stock is derived from a mix of Italian, Carniolan, and Buckfast genetics, and our long term selection goals include resilience and varroa tolerance.
We are licensed and inspected Queen & Nuc producers (a copy of our Queen and Nuc permit is available upon request)
Hives are available NOW and can be picked up by appointment.
